This versatile circular saw comes equipped with a comprehensive set of 6 blades to cater to a variety of cutting needs. The package includes 2 pieces of 4¾" TCT (Tungsten Carbide Tipped) blades for cutting wood, 2 pieces of 4½" TCT blades for cutting soft metal and plastic, and 2 pieces of 4½" blades for cutting tile. This allows you to easily switch between different materials, from woodworking to plastic, soft metal, and tile, simply by changing the blades.
The saw features a built-in laser guide and an edge guide, which help you achieve more straight and precise cuts. This compact tool also boasts a sturdy design, with an extra metal auxiliary handle that can be easily installed on either the left or right side, and a larger base measuring 3.5" x 9.5", ensuring a stable and controlled cutting experience.
Versatility is further enhanced by the 45-degree bevel cutting capability. With just two steps, you can adjust the bevel angle from 0 to 45 degrees, allowing for a maximum cutting depth of 1-3/8" in the case of 45-degree bevel cuts. For cross-cutting, the depth-adjustable level enables you to vary the cutting depth up to 1-11/16" according to your specific needs.
Safety is a top priority in the design of this circular saw. The machine is equipped with a safety feature that prevents accidental activation, requiring both the power switch and safety lock to be pressed simultaneously to start the saw. Once activated, the safety lock can be released, allowing for continuous operation with just the power switch. Additionally, the saw can be connected to a workshop vacuum to efficiently collect the dust generated during cutting.
The package includes the DOVAMAN MCS01A Portable Circular Saw (120V only), two 24-tooth 4¾" TCT blades for wood (one pre-installed), two 60-tooth 4½" TCT blades for soft metal, two 4½" tile-cutting blades, a metal auxiliary handle, an edge guide, a vacuum adapter, a 5mm hex key, a user manual, and a 24-hour fast response premium customer service.
It is important to note that when disassembling and assembling the saw blade, you should firmly press and hold the orange lock shaft button located on the side away from the blade.
